Can parents take the course too, or is it just for children?
Both. Every plan includes full parent access alongside child access. Parents watch the same 16 video lessons, take the same 5-question quizzes, and earn their own Certificate of Completion when they finish. Each enrolled child does the same on their own account, with their own progress bar and their own certificate. Parents and children each move through the course at their own pace.
How does my child (or I) earn the certificate?
To earn the AI Explorers Certificate of Completion, finish all 16 video lessons and pass a short 5-question quiz at the end of each one. Quizzes can be retaken as many times as needed. The goal is genuine understanding, not a one-shot test. Both parents and children earn their own certificate; once a person finishes everything on their own account, their certificate is available to download instantly.
How long does access last?
Once enrolled, both you and your children have lifetime, unlimited access to the lessons available at the time of your purchase. Watch every lesson as many times as you want, retake quizzes, and revisit any unit at any pace. No deadlines, no expiration countdown on those lessons. If we add brand-new courses or lesson packs in the future, those may be offered as separate purchases. We'll always give you clear advance notice before changing availability of anything you already paid for.
Do they have to watch in order?
Yes, the lessons are taken in order. Each video is locked until your child completes the previous lesson and passes its short unit quiz. They can still move at their own pace, but the path through the curriculum is sequential.
What do we need to get started?
Just an internet connection and a device. No software to download, no prior experience needed.
Are AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) included with the course?
No. AI Explorers is the curriculum: the lessons, quizzes, and certificate. Subscriptions to third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) are not required to complete this course; everything children need to earn their certificate is included. If a family does choose to use a paid AI tool to practice further, that subscription is purchased directly with the individual provider, not through us.
What devices does AI Explorers work on?
AI Explorers works on any modern device with a web browser: laptop, desktop, tablet, iPad, iPhone, Android phone, or school-issued Chromebook. No app to download, no plugins required. If it has a browser and an internet connection, it works.
What happens right after I purchase?
You'll complete enrollment and set up your parent account immediately after checkout. That account gives you full course access, your own progress bar, and your own certificate. Each child's access code will be emailed to you so they can log in and start learning right away on their own account. No waiting, no extra steps.
Will this encourage my child to cheat with AI?
The opposite. One of the core units covers academic integrity and our AI Responsibility Code. Children learn why using AI to deceive others undermines their own growth, and why the best AI users are always transparent.
Can siblings share an account?
No. Every learner has their own account so progress and certificates stay individual. The Family Plan covers up to 3 children under one parent dashboard. Each child gets their own login, progress tracking, and individual certificate, and the parent gets their own full course access and certificate as well. Have more than 3 kids? You can add additional children for $10 each at checkout (up to 10 children per family total).
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time. We encourage you to watch the free intro lesson before purchasing so you and your child can experience the program firsthand before committing.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every AI Explorers plan is a single one-time payment: $25 for one student, $49 for up to three students in the same household, and $10 for each additional student. Nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel, and your access to the lessons in your plan does not expire.
